How To Print and Reprint Shipping labels without buying new postage

In this video, I will show you how to print and reprint shipping labels without ordering a new product. I will guide you through the steps, including accessing the orders section, locating the specific order, navigating to the shipment tracking, selecting the appropriate shipping method, and reprinting the label. I will also provide tips on adjusting the margins to match your printer and label format. Make sure to follow along and take note of the instructions for future reference.

  1. Login and go to Woocommerce > Orders
  2. Then go to the specific Order and click to open
  3. On the right side, scroll to Shipment Tracking
  4. Hover over the three dots (kebab) Menu
  5. From the drop-down menu choose Reprint Label
  6. Print Label. You may need to adjust your print margins to accommodate your paper and printer.

How to process a general order

In this video, I will guide you through the process of processing a regular order on WooCommerce. I will show you how to navigate to the WordPress dashboard, locate the specific order, and double-check all the information. We will also go over creating a new label, selecting the correct package details, and determining the shipping rates. Make sure to pay attention to the USPS guidelines for shipping hazardous goods or materials. No action is requested from you in this video, it is purely instructional.

  1. Login and go to Woocommerce > Orders
  2. Then go to the specific Order and click to open
  3. Check info to make sure it is accurate: Billing Address,Shipping Address, Phone, email, Product, price, etc
  4. Scroll Down to Shipping Label > on the right, choose “create new label”
  5. Shipping Label Pops up for order
  6. Check Items to fulfill
  7. Choose Package Details from drop down: Power Massager, Multiples Box, Get-Buffed Envelope, etc
  8. Total Weight should populate based on Package Details
  9. Choose Radio button for Shipping dangerous goods or hazardous materials > choose Yes if shipping Power Massager
  10. From drop down below that near bottom, choose Class 9 – Lithium Batteries.
  11. Click “Use These Packages” Button > Create Shipping Label Pop up appears
  12. USPS Parcel Select is default for HAZMAT Ground
  13. Click “Buy shipping label” button

How to assess shipping costs

In this video, I show you how to find the shipping label costs for each sale in WooCommerce. I recently installed a new plug-in called “Woo Shipping Costs” that is free to use. By going to the Reports section in WooCommerce, you can select different date ranges to view the prices you paid for each label, the associated order, the type of service, and any refunds offered. This information is valuable for understanding your business costs. No action is requested from viewers in this video.

  1. Under Woocommerce
  2. Then go to Reports https://get-buffed.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-reports
  3. Then Choose the Shipping Labels Tab (Important)
  4. Choose by default dates or choose Custom Dates
  5. The report will show you the costs of buying a shipping label associated with each order
  6. The Overall Orders report shows Gross Sales, Avg Sales, etc. But it shows $0.00 for shipping because it is for customers’ shipping not store owners shipping.
  7. The Shipping Labels tab is the tab specific to shipping costs.
