We stand behind the Get-Buffed Power Massager 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and receive a full refund.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@get-buffed.com before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, ship the item to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must not be damaged beyond normal use
  • Original packaging is not required
  • You must have proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny returns on items that show clear signs of misuse, abuse, or damage not related to normal use or a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@get-buffed.com right away with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse or abuse

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Standard return conditions apply.
